Contractors join the marketplace free. Free membership includes a profile, service listings, job browsing, and a 2% marketplace fee on completed jobs. Featured is $49/month and adds a Featured badge, placement ahead of free-tier contractors in every manager's directory search, boosted AI visibility, priority job notifications, and lead analytics, with the same 2% fee. Featured Plus is $69/month, adds highest visibility and first-access job notifications, and charges 0% marketplace fee — which past roughly $1,000/month in marketplace job revenue saves more than the extra membership cost.
Every charge is shown before it is billed and never bundled in silently. The monthly membership fee is always separate from the per-job marketplace transaction fee, and the marketplace fee is shown up front on every quote before a manager accepts it.
