Contractors submit quotes, the property manager accepts one, the job is tracked to completion, and payment runs through the platform.
Joining is free. Contractors get a profile, service and service-area listings, portfolio photos, ratings and reviews, and access to job leads. Payouts run through Stripe Connect directly to the contractor's own account. A 2% marketplace fee applies on completed jobs, shown on every quote before it is accepted — Featured Plus members pay 0%.

A paid membership tier is one modest input among those, never the reason a contractor is presented as the best match.
